These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and 2777cx governing your access to and use of the 2777cx platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services. Where a material change is made, 2777cx will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via their registered email address.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on 2777cx, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:
3.2 2777cx reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 2777cx platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 2777cx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
4.4 You must notify 2777cx immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account credentials or any other security breach affecting your Account. Notification should be directed to [email protected].
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time 2777cx deems appropriate in accordance with its KYC obligations, you will be required to complete identity verification. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo identity document and proof of residential address. 2777cx may request additional documentation in specific circumstances.
5.1 2777cx operates a KYC programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering standards. All Players are subject to identity verification prior to the processing of their first withdrawal.
5.2 Accepted identity documents include, without limitation: valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), valid Pakistani passport, or valid Pakistani driving licence. Proof of address documents may include recent utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months.
5.3 2777cx reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Deposits may continue to be accepted during a KYC review period, subject to 2777cx's discretion.
5.4 All personal data submitted during the KYC process is handled in accordance with the 2777cx Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely and retained only for as long as required by applicable regulatory obligations.
Deposits to your 2777cx Account may be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select digital wallets. All deposits are denominated in PKR. 2777cx does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit within the 2777cx cashier. These limits are subject to change and may be adjusted based on Account verification status.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals. 2777cx targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for fully verified accounts; standard processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals is typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes of approval.
Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding will be held pending completion of those requirements, unless the Player elects to forfeit the associated bonus funds.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2777cx does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through its standard cashier.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. 2777cx reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section of the platform. Players will be notified before any such fees are applied.
7.1 2777cx offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.2 Any attempt to abuse a bonus, including through the use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies across markets, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game participation, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in Account suspension.
8.1 All games available on the 2777cx platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the long-term theoretical statistical return and are not a guarantee of results in any individual gaming session.
8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 2777cx's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed definitive. Technical malfunctions or connectivity interruptions do not void any bets already accepted and confirmed by the platform server.
8.3 2777cx reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, software malfunction, or any other error that has materially affected the outcome. Affected Players will be notified and their stakes refunded where a void is declared.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2777cx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
10.1 All content on the 2777cx platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, user interface designs, and proprietary game mechanics, is the intellectual property of 2777cx or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2777cx platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 10.3 The 2777cx name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the operating entity. No licence to use these marks is granted to Players or third parties without express prior written consent from 2777cx.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2777cx shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if 2777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 2777cx's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms, the platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 2777cx does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific Services. 2777cx will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
12.1 2777cx is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a suite of player protection tools to all registered accounts. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above.

13.2 2777cx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

14.2 Where a material amendment is made to these Terms, 2777cx will notify registered Players via their registered email address no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
14.3 Your continued use of the 2777cx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 2777cx's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

15.3 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm.
